RANK OF HANDS

   Below are the different hand combinations from the highest to the lowest. If two or more players tie, the player with the next highest card "kicker" wins. If a tie cannot be broken the pot is split between the winning hands. 

       
Royal Flush
Ace, King, Queen, Jack and Ten of the same suit

        
Straight Flush
5 cards in sequence and of the same suit

       
Four of a Kind
4 cards of the same value

       
Full House
3 cards of the same value & 2 cards of the same value

        |
Flush
5 cards of the same suit

       
Straight
5 cards in sequence

         
Three of a Kind
3 cards of the same value

       
Two Pair
2 sets of 2 cards of the same value

       
Pair
2 cards of the same value

       
High Card
The highest card held if no other hand is made
